Got a math degree straight out then went out west and traveling for 10 years.. then back to school for electronics eng at UofA.. I still go back and lean on a post on the W. entrance to surry gardens and remember playing there as a kid .. just wow..

				Left Dorval in '77 after my grad from Concordia (BComm) to fly for Her Majesty ("there's no life like it" - ha!). By 1980 I was in Kelowna BC selling real estate (fell in love with the Okanagan Valley back in the summers of '72, '73 & '74 when I exported cars there from Mtl - what a party those days were!). Articled '83-'86 in Vancouver and got my C.A. which led to a great run as a stock broker '86-'97 (Broker of the Year '94). Living & loving in Vancouver ever since. Life is good - the new crop of kids is keeping me young! Semi-retired after years in the venture capital arena, but always involved in mainly resource sector deals. Congrats to those who took the initiative for this site. As we all look back at our (mis)spend youth it's comforting to see lots of company! Looking forward to seeing many of you at the Class of '72 reunion -- close enough to my '70 grad year (what's a year or two when you're talking 35+!). Live and love like there's no tomorrow. 				Failed french in '71 came back to DHS in '72 for extra "research" with J.C. University in Springfield Mass. Went to France in 1976 to play hockey, still there, have been living intensely, loving passionately and am still trying to speak french properly.

				Aug. 3, 2009 - I was talking to Kevin Weary tonite and he told me that there had been a reunion a couple of years ago for the Class of '72. He said that there was a web site, and whaddya know.... I found it! Technically, I was supposed to be the Class of '71, but I liked hanging around playing floor hockey so much, and was such a crappy student, that I didn't get my "Certificate of Graduation" until 1972. But I didn't attend the graduation exercise and I'm not even sure if I made it into the yearbook. I hung around the West Island and worked in the motorcycle and towing businesses (hi Derek!) until the Winter of 1981. Upon returning from a month in Cuba where I had taken a motocross team to compete that November, I landed back in Dorval in a snowstorm and -40F weather. Only to find out that in my absence, and without asking my opinion, the Government of Quebec had decided to dramatically raise taxes on gas, booze, and cigarettes. To which I said "screw this," and flew to San Francisco to visit my recently widowed/remarried/relocated/retired father for an early Christmas. I never left California after my X-mas vacation ended, because while I was living in SF, my new stepmother introduced me to some friends of hers who had a small business selling Harley parts, where I had a wildly successful career over the next 23 years helping to grow that company to almost 300 million a year in sales while living in the San Jose area for all of that time. Along the way, I had a beautiful daughter in 1988 with my girlfriend (who I finally married in 1996 and divorced in 2000). After the divorce, I stepped back from my responsibilities with the company, and relocated to the Lake Tahoe area from where I could telecommute, while my ex-wife and daughter moved to Dallas. In September of 2006, I remarried the beautiful and incredibly intelligent Amy (another Canadian citizen who relocated here with her parents from Ontario when she was an infant), and so I now have two stepchildren, Preston aged 18 and Elena aged 15, in addition to Devin. I had a blast looking at the reunion site, and am incredibly sorry that I didn't hear about the event before now.... I would most certainly have attended. I stay in touch with and have contact information for some of the missing DHS alums, so be sure to let me know before the 40th and I'll put them in touch with you. Stay well everyone!!

				I moved to Toronto in '83, living in Oakville with my wonderful wife and two kids. I have been creating databases in Toronto for various government and financial institutions, hobbies music and astronomy.

				Been quite a ride! Rock & rolled thru the 70's, twice living in Toronto. Followed gf to Vancouver 1980 (BIG mistake)- lived virtually destitute there for 2 yrs...but the experience pushed my photography into a fantastic direction. Twice married/divorced over a 20 yr period. Moved to Oxford (UK) in '86, formed a band with Clapton's nephew for a while, and my photography is finally...hot! Still playing the music scene as well, there's so much more opportunity for it over here. I also write a lot of magazine articles. Say hello if you're ever this way...but I'm not in the book. Just ask at most of the art colleges, they'll give you my contact details. Click on the word "All" beside my name and it brings up my profile and a very bad photo of me in grade 9 (home room that year was the Chemistry lab) - it's not my grad photo - that one was even worse! I get back to Dorval from time to time. Dorval seems so much smaller than when I was living there, but no one walks about anymore; everyone seems to drive to go even the shortest distance...good grief. Graduated July (2012) with a Masters degree (photography) and am working on my master plan to retire back in Canada, tho I might just move to the Jurassic Coast in Dorset here to live out my days? My first book, "In My Time...30 Years of Social Documentary Photography"(usually referred to as "street photography" was published the summer of 2011.

				Greetings from Santa Rosa, California (wine country). Living here since 1996 after 19 years in Vancouver, BC. Just got remarried in October 2004. Two daughters, Jordan (21) and Erin (20), and now two step daughters, Jamie (21) and Katherine (18). Newest edition to our family is Lucas a 3 1/2 month old Golden Retriever.

				Went to McGill. Married Wendy Beraha in 1980. Ordained as an Anglican minister in May 1983. Taught in Kenya from 1987-1989. Did doctoral work in Toronto and moved to Pittsburgh in 1998 to teach at Trinity Episcopal School for Ministry. Oldest child David will return to Montreal to study Engineering at McGill this September. 				Great site! I worked for Air Canada 1974-99, played some semi-pro baseball in 1976 in Toronto, attended Concordia U part-time, graduating in 1992, followed up with law school at Western in 1992 at the ripe old age of 38, and sold real estate for Sutton from 2001-2006. Now own my own brokerage firm in downtown Montreal. Retired from AC in 1999. Married 1978, divorced 1984, and remarried 1995. Used to run into Don Mergny at Dorval airport on occasion, and recently corresponded with Gord Rabchuk and Bruce Woolley. Looking forward to seeing everybody at the reunion!

				Started in Pure & Applied Sciences at Abbott; then switched to Social Sciences at Vanier. Did my BA (Religious Studies) & Masters in Sacred Theology at McGill & my Diploma in Ministry at the United Theological College (Montreal). Started working as a United Church of Canada minister in �82 and have been serving Ste-Genevi�ve United Church in Dollard-des-Ormeaux, QC, since �87. Living in Pointe-Claire. I had Sign Language Interpreter training at Gallaudet College in Washington, DC, and still have links with the Deaf community. Am also the Spiritual Care Coordinator of the West Island Palliative Care Residence in Kirkland, QC., and am a trained practitioner of `Healing Pathway`, an energy-work program affiliated with `Healing Touch International`. Been married to Sylvia since �80. Our oldest daughter is a journalist in Ottawa; our other daughter is living and working in Montreal; our son is training in Ottawa to become a Paramedic.

				Moved with the family to big bad Toronto in '68, went to Ryerson for electronics, moved to Edmonton for a short time then back to Toronto - friends and family. Traveled for work all over, had on/off gf in Isle of Man (in the Irish Sea) for years, lived there a bit, sailed Britain-Mediterranean-Atlantic-Caribbean for a year+, traveled some more, left gf, found wife. Been together 25 years, no kids. She is blind so know every blind person in Canada by now (max 2 degrees of separation). Ski, sail, work at U of Toronto, friends. Life is good.

				Unfortunately I have not kept in touch with anyone. No marriages = no husbands!! I have 4 "children" in the form of Cats. Went to Marianopolis and Champlain Colleges, John Abbott (nursing) then to Kamloops BC in '82 to ski (and work as a nurse). Retired from nursing in 1990, moved to North Vancouver, went to Capilano College to become a Legal Assistant, worked for myself then a law firm, retired from that in 2001 and moved across the bridges to Vancouver. Next = ??? I play tennis, ski (pathetic, miserable winters here) and do various volunteer jobs. If anyone is or is going to be in Vancouver, please contact me.

				It's always fun scrolling through all the familiar names, from way back when. I now live in Surrey B.C. with my wonderful wife Hanna we have been married for 9 great years. After DHS following a fun filled year at John Abbott I changed direction and got into aircraft maintenance this led to a 31 year stint with Air Canada from which I retired in December 2009 after 31 years. I now work for the British Columbia Institute of Technology running the aviation program. Life is good! Would love to hear from any of the gang!

Various shows in and around the Montreal area, Saidye Bronfman Theatre, Theatre Denise Pelltier, Centaur Theatre, Place Des Arts, Montreal Jazz Festival. 1992 to 1994 Norwegian Cruise Lines - Audio Technician 1993 Williams Town Festival - Williams Town, MA - Audio Designer 1994 to 2005 Holland America Cruise Line - Audio/pyrotechnics/lighting - Currently production manager for the fleet of thirteen ships. I travel 8 months of the year wherever our fleet of ships may be. Current projects include producing and engineering original dance music with my life-partner DJ Herbicide (Herbie James) Based in sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, I miss the culture and joi de vivre of Montreal. I don't miss the snow! It's great to see all the faces... and so many of the grad photos that I took while terrorizing you all with my camera in '74 August 2005 - Started at Celebrity Cruise Line in May, working full time from the Miami office. I am managing the Cirque du Soleil partnership between the two companies. We have two ships with "The Bar at the Edge of the Earth" designed and staffed by Cirque. So that puts me back in Montreal for meetings several times a year. It's great to be back at least so far... it's only been in the summer....I haven't experienced winter in more than 14 years! 2011: Celebrity Cruises, Miami, Florida- Manager Entertainment Technology. 				Well! Hello there! How are you? I guess you're wondering what I've been up to? People tell me I haven't changed.. not true ... I do Laundry!!! Seriously folks... I decided to get a real job in my forties so I came out of retirement and started teaching at Dawson College. I still cross country ski and i Still owe Mike and Joanne and all the rest of you a big thanks for helping me race in grade 11 or was it grade 10.. can't remember. See... That's another thing that's changed. I now suffer from CRS...so donations are welcome.... ( Can't Remember Shit) If you want more details come to the reunion on May 16th!!! 30 years whew! at least our pubes aren't grey yet!! See All y' All at the reunion . Love HEF :)
